Shipping and delivery

We deliver orders to customers in European Union countries. The delivery methods, estimated cost and available destinations for your basket are shown during checkout before you place the order.

Small parcels are normally shipped by an international courier. Bulky items, including complete playground structures and some long slides, may require freight delivery and an individual quotation. If a quotation is required, we will contact you before accepting any additional cost.

Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday. The availability and dispatch estimate shown on a product page applies before transit time. International transit time depends on the destination, parcel size and carrier.

When your order is dispatched, we will send tracking details when the selected carrier provides them. Please inspect the packaging at delivery and report visible transport damage to the carrier and to us as soon as possible.
