Right of withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer who bought online, you generally have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Some statutory exceptions apply, including goods made to order or clearly personalised.
To exercise this right, send an unambiguous withdrawal statement before the deadline to returns@cowboykid.pl. Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.

You bear the direct return cost where you were informed of that cost before purchase. For bulky goods, the estimated return cost must be provided before checkout. You are responsible only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
We will refund payments due under applicable law, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered for the order. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of return, whichever occurs first.
Faulty or non-conforming goods
EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee. If goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise non-conforming, contact reklamacje@cowboykid.pl with the order number, a description and photographs where helpful. Statutory remedies may include repair or replacement free of charge and, where appropriate, a price reduction or refund.
