Playground Zip Line Kit with Flower Disc Seat

This zip wire kit is designed for mounting between suitable trees or supports. Its high-quality injection-moulded polyamide (PA) housing contains a metal internal structure.

The kit includes:

- Steel cable, 30 m long and 4 mm in diameter
- Galvanised tensioning device
- Non-slip handle
- Plastic housing
- Plastic seat with rope
- Maximum load: 70 kg

Step-by-step installation

1. Mark the height of both attachment points in accordance with the cable height guidance in the installation manual.
2. Wrap the short cable B, which has a loop at each end, around the tree or support.
3. Unscrew the ends of the turnbuckle to extend it to its maximum length.
4. Attach the turnbuckle to the loop in the cable wrapped around the tree or support.
5. Pull the other end of the cable to the second attachment point. Tension the cable and loop it around the support. Position the turnbuckle, pull the cable taut and secure the tensioning fitting. Keep the tensioning fittings clear of the tree or support.
6. Tighten the turnbuckle until the cable is fully tensioned. If the cable remains too loose, release the fitting at the second attachment point and repeat the procedure from step 5.
7. Cut off the excess cable with suitable sharp cutters. Wrap the loose end with adhesive tape so that no wires protrude.
8. Slide the rubber sleeve over the turnbuckle and fit the nut covers.

The zip wire has TÜV NORD certification.
